1) Services
Steelworks Solutions provides missed-call recovery automation, booking workflows, and related reporting for contractor clients.

2) No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee specific revenue, jobs, or appointment volume. Results depend on factors outside our control (call volume, seasonality, pricing, staffing, follow-up, and customer behavior).

3) Client responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business details (hours, service area, services offered)

  • Maintain capacity to handle appointments

  • Respond to escalations when needed

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4) Communications & compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your business has the right to contact customers. Where required, you will obtain consent for SMS or other communications. We provide tools and logs, but you control your business policies.

5) Payment and billing
Fees and billing terms are as agreed in your proposal or invoice. If you use any performance/appointment-based pricing, definitions and caps must be in writing.

6) Third-party services
We may use third-party platforms (phone, SMS, CRM, scheduling). Their availability and performance are outside our direct control.

7) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steelworks Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us in the last 30 days for the service giving rise to the claim.

8) Termination
Either party may terminate according to your written agreement (or, if none, by written notice). Upon termination, access to systems may be removed and automations disabled.

9) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
